State Privacy Rights

If you live in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law — California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and the growing list of states with similar statutes — this supplements our Privacy Policy and takes precedence over it where the two diverge.
Whether We Sell or Share
No sale for monetary consideration takes place. Where ads run, though, cookie and advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners — conduct that CCPA/CPRA and equivalent laws may treat as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. Opt out at Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Minors under 16 are not knowingly included.
Your Options
You may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion and portability, and may opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Where state law allows, you may appeal if we say no. Making a request will never result in worse service or different terms; anti-discrimination provisions apply and we honour them.
Categories of Personal Information
The relevant categories are identifiers (IP, cookie identifiers, device identifiers), internet or network activity (page views, referrers and timestamps on lashvalue.com), and contact information limited to any email address you chose to provide. Sources: your device, plus analytics and advertising partners where engaged.
How Requests Work
Use hello@lashvalue.com for any request under this notice. To opt out you can instead enable Global Privacy Control, which this site detects and respects without further action. Identity is verified through the email address used to write in, replies come within the statutory period, and authorised agents may act with written permission.
